At Horizon Peak Supply Chain Limited, we prioritize logistics efficiency to ensure your professional outdoor equipment arrives safely and timely.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or custom supply chain requests, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Global Logistics & Distribution Centers
To ensure maximum efficiency in the global distribution of professional outdoor gear, Horizon Peak Supply Chain Limited operates through a strategic multi-point logistics network:

North America Logistics: Our premium inventory (including professional outdoor performance wear) is primarily dispatched directly from our partner fulfillment centers in the United States. This ensures rapid delivery for our core market.

Asia-Pacific Distribution: For regional fulfillment and supply chain efficiency, orders may also be processed and shipped via our Logistics Center in Yiwu, China, maintained through our long-term strategic supply partnerships.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3-5 Business Days (for items dispatched from U.S. hubs).

International Shipping: 7-15 Business Days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Free Shipping: Standard shipping is complementary for all orders over $70.00.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs hold-ups.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Horizon Peak Supply Chain Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. For B2B bulk orders, please refer to your specific trade agreement for Incoterms (e.g., DAP, DDP).
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Liability
Horizon Peak Supply Chain Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
